Negotiated with the the School District to keep the Police Resource Officer in place full time.

Based on residents' concerns, acquired and demolished the blighted Texaco site without using taxpayer dollars.  

Funded the purchase of the former Texaco site from the sale of Township property that is now preserved as open space.
