The Springhouse Innovation Park formerly known as the Dow Chemical site is a centrally located large parcel of land that is currently being developed. I strongly believe that there is no room for error in developing this property correctly and I have been advocating transparency with local government, residents, and the developer. I will work tirelessly as I did with the Springhouse shopping center to make sure that all the stakeholders are happy with the final product.
